Neal Ferrell is an asset to your dealership. Great job. A great experience from a service department. Friendly, quick, and courteous service. My 15k service took less than sn hour. The only issue I had was my emergency brake needed to be adjusted. All work appears to completed satisfactorily.
5000 mi service I had a flat and you gave me a new tire — can’t ask more than that Just a note about Roger: He sold me the car (2016 Avalon) and helped me when I wasn’t sure afterwards if I’d done the right thing (sales vs lease). He will be the one person I will go to if /when I buy or lease another car, and I’ll refer my kids and friends to him for sure. Hold on to Roger !!

Customer-friendly and efficient service The week before I brought my Toyota Prius 2008 for a recall service notice I received via email. I was told if I could come back early in the morning of any weekday then it would be attended to in no time. True enough I came back in before 8 in the morning of Oct. 11, 2018 and the service was done quickly.
Excellent No problems, excellent customer service. Right car for the right price, car was clean inside and out rooms reliable. Any issues i had they was fixed fast.
Efficient service. Ms. Patel was efficient in processing the service request. Service was done in less than the estimated time, which was great since I had some subsequent appointments.
