40,000 service This was my 40,000 mile service. I arrived earlier than my appointed time but was taken immediately and my car was serviced in approximately 1 hour as promised.
Service exoerience Friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. Service was.performed within a reasonable time frame and checkout was expeditious. Waiting area was comfortable and relaxing and coffee and snacks were available.
10000 mile service checkup for Rav4 In dealing with vendors, I always end up going through a list of questions to focus on what is needed for a satisfactory transaction. Over 18 years, through leases, purchases, repairs, Toyota has always been pro-active in suggesting points to consider- they were actually planning ahead, for my future satisfaction, as well as attending to my present needs, (whether or not I knew I needed them). very positive experience I dealt with two of your salesman Mitch Borbridge and Eric Anselmothey are both phenomenal salesman. I had a bad experience the last time I was there and I did not want to return because of it, but my wife convinced me to give Toyota another chance and I am glad I did. Easy transaction Chris is a terrific salesman, knowledgeable and professional. It was a no pressure sale. I loved my car the moment I saw it. The rest was just negotiation. Chris made it a very easy transaction. Barry went out of his way to synchronize my cell phone with my RAV4 and threw in 3 months worth of satellite radio at no charge. Thanks guys.
