Just what I wanted. PC held information that I wanted to renew my Team Service contract. I was checked in on time and explanation given in clear terms for what would be done. Paper work was presented in a timely manner and explained to me. My concern for a stalling problem was listened to and I was told a recall to fix that was available and could be done as part of this visit. Time needed for the complete service was within the estimate given before the work begun.

My third car from Team Toyota This is the third toyota I have purchased from this dealership. Previously I drove the Toyota Camry Hybrid but just switched to a Rav 4 Hybrid because it has AWD and the Camry does not. It also has the "old fashioned" navigation system which I am comfortable with. The service department has always been dependable. Alisha Regan was helpful and professional and pleasant to deal with, as was her manager Adam.
