Anthony worked hard to locate a vehicle I wanted. He came in on his day off, as I was scheduled to pick up my car. He didn't want me to have to wait another day.
I am so appreciative and grateful to Toyota for working with me. The gratitude is overwhelming, which forces me to stay loyal to Toyota.. not only have the cars that I have bought from Atlantic Toyota worked so efficiently over almost 20 years now, but the people especially the service woman that is working with me this past Saturday and yesterday. She was great dealing with me as a customer.. I will continue to be taking my car to be serviced at Toyota. Thank you.
Mark Welcome is not welcoming at all. He judged buyers and communicated with lack of transparency is really disappointing. Choose other dealers from Toyota Wellesley if you could.
We were taken in right away and they did what they had to do in reasonable time
I’ve been buying cars from the Wellesley Toyota dealership since 1986. I return to them again and again because of the TLC they give me each time I buy or lease a car. I trust them 100% and all these years they have never let me down in service or sales. Wellesley Toyota is my BFF! I just purchased a new 2025 Toyota Corolla. The process was as smooth as silk. Entered online request to test drive a vehicle and was texted by representative to confirm desired appointment time. After confirming with them a different sales consultant Robert Tavares calls us sharing he will be the one to meet us for the appointment. We think great news, however, Robert also tells us he and his manager do not want us to test drive the vehicle until we “run numbers first.” We are shocked and clarify that we in no way can test drive the vehicle until we sit and run numbers.
