Just right; A-one staff Our experience was very satisfying with Ahmed. He was personable, knowledgeable, and he did not pressure us into any immediate decision. As a result, we were with him for most of an afternoon which ended with me purchasing a 2018 Highlander. He certainly took the time to tell us all about a vehicle which he obviously felt was safe and reliable. He was enthusiastic and patient with all our questions. He made a very good impression and we would certainly come back to this dealership.

Tire Problem - I thought it was a flat. My tire light came on and I thought I had a flat. I brought my RAV4 into Toyota and, within 30 minutes, I was told it was low tire pressure in all 5 tires.
Satisfied customer . The salesman that handled my new car purchase was very polite and efficient from start to finish. He was very thorough explaining what options I had if I was buying or leasing..I wish him well in his job. I came there only to check on a promotion not even thinking about a purchase. Very pleased.
Excellent experience My entire experience was excellent. Kim scheduled my car immediately and was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule. Neal took time to work with me and explain the process. Colleen stepped in and included me in the process of marking my car. And Alexandra (?) made the rental car completely easy. I was kept informed and up to date with progress reports both personally by phone and email daily. My car repairs were excellent and the process was simple and easy. Many thanks to all!
Ptofessional, Quick an Questions answered to my satisfaction First visit since I purchased RAV 4 in late May, appreciated the reminder about the appointment, the wait time was an hour as previously indicated. Neal was very helpful, when I had to return to the shop because I was unable to adjust my left mirror.
Regular service Friendly efficient staff, got a shuttle to and from work (very convenient), so impressed with dealership I went back and bought a car for my son! Salesman Adrian Flores was wonderful.
