Sam Dakdouk was very friendly and easy to talk to. Sam went way beyond helping me purchase the car that I wanted. He is a great representation for your company. I would recommend him to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a vehicle. He is a fantastic salesman, and excels in customer service.
Arrived was quickly greeted. The service representative Kyle was friendly and helpful. He delivered the car as promised too! Rather a pleasant experience.
Basil Toyota continues to amaze me. Jamie Branch and the service team are outstanding. They are kind, courteous, efficient and go above /beyond. I had an issue with my power window Tuesday evening, made an appointment for Wednesday morning 7:00 a.m.. The team took my vehicle in diagnosed. The problem also found another problem + head me back up and running by 4:00 p.m. that day. Couldn't ask for better service.
My agent Brian Tulla was very patient with this 79 year old lady & explained the services my car required. I feel confident my car was in good hands. Thank you Brian.
