MY service person TASHA was incredible , she noticed things I needed done ,I wasnt aware of .TASHA really personally helped me. In the past she was also great. TASHA has the best personal skill and is what a service representative should be. ATLANTIC TOYOTA is a fine dealership , for my third lease in a row.
Working with John Imparato at Wellesley Toyota was a pleasure. He was responsive and helpful and showed respect for my time. I would also like to say that I saw other customers being shown the same attention and respect. I went to another Toyota dealership initially and was allowed to sit around ignored for 20 minutes while sales reps sat at their desks. Wellesley Toyota has won my admiration and loyalty.

Don’t trust what Szott Toyota service in Waterford MI tells you. They lie. I took our 2010 Toyota Tacoma truck to Szott because the shifter was sticking and difficult to move from park into drive. Their service salesman told me he discussed the problem with their service techs after they took the truck for a test drive and the solution was to flush the transmission. I reminded him that the truck was old, had over 150,000 miles, probably hadn’t ever had the transmission flushed, and I’d heard that in this type of situation yo... read more
