Overall nice purchase experience! Staff were very prompt in appointments, test drive and sales process. we did our homework on pricing and options and Eric Anselmo helped us find the right RAV4 and comparison of lease and finance options. Purchase contract and financing was smooth. Product delivery was quick due to late hours, but offered a follow-up session. Overall experience has been very good!
Don’t do business there A $ 39.99 oil change turned into a $741.00 oil change!! Surprised? Don’t because it does happen quiet often at team Toyota of Princeton according to friends and co-workers , Yes that is exactly what Team Toyota of Princeton did to my Toyota, it all started when I took my Toyota to them for a simple oil change, after waiting over two hours they called me and told that they stripped the oil plug while taking it out, and they asked me to pay them over $650.00 to replace the damaged oil pan which they dam... read more
