30,000 mile servicing I have brought my Highlander here for servicing before & always a great experience. Met at my car by a courteous & friendly service rep. The person at the service counter was friendly & helpful with my service selections. Very comfortable & pleasant waiting area with wifi.
Quick, professional, courteous and quality service The service personnel are professional and courteous. I purchased my RAV 4 in 2011 and have brought it to this dealership for service on almost every occasion. Some of the prices for service options are very high so I pick and choose what this dealership actually performs as sometimes I can get the work done elsewhere for 50% of their price. Overall I would recommend this dealership to others.
Tacoma experience I purchased by Tacoma with Alicia the internet specialist. My experience from start to finish was superb and professional. The negotiating was minimal and I believe I received a fair price.
Great customer service The team worked with us on everything, and they were very personable. Finance was tricky because banks can be skeptical about financing an older vehicle, but they made it work and we left with the vehicle same day. They also did a great job on detailing the car. Follow-up is great; they respond to emails in a matter of hours. I would shop at this dealership again; no question.
Good service I brought my Toyota in for 90,000 miles service, staff was on the ball and advised that there was an airbag recall that needed to be addressed. Although I spent a bit more time than I would have liked waiting, that was due to the recall not any fault of the service department. I'd like to thank Mike Elliot for keeping me apprised of the work as it was going on.

Great Experience with Eric Anselmo Worked with Eric on the purchase of a brand new Tacoma. For me this was a work truck and it was important I didn't have to take time away from the work that pays for the truck to go dealer to dealer.
