The salesman, manager and finance professionals were all friendly and listened to the parameters that had to be met for me to make a deal. Actually, this was the smoothest process I’ve ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Toyota of Dallas is the definition of bait-and-switch. They texted me directly a written out-the-door deal for $67,000 on a Tundra. I drove all the way there, wasted my time, only to be told the price was actually $10,000 MORE than what they promised me in writing. When I called them out, they told me it was a “mistake” by a new employee. That excuse is unacceptable — especially since he told me multiple times that he had spoken to his manager.
