Quick and Easy Brought my Highlander in for service. Check in was very easy, my concerns were addressed and the service department did everything that needed to be done. I asked about a trailer hitch for my vehicle and was provided with information and choices to get the job done at a later time. Thank you.
Excellent service by Austin My van was serviced according to what I needed, and due to a delay in handling my recall I was awarded a rental car. Austin McCabe was fantastic to me and my 5 year old son, and I’ll be coming back for my next service.

Being treated as a human beings This is our second Toyota that we bought after returning our 3 year lease. Brad listened, gave us options and was willing to work with our budget. The sales & finance team listen to us, and extend the professional courtesy of trying to understand our budget and needs, which change as our children get older. Our Sales & Finance reps were exceptional to work with.
Jim, manager completely above & beyond! I thought I was stranded when my rental car wouldn’t start. Jim got in his car to personally puck me up and drive me to dealership. Rental eventually started but his willingness to help exceeded expectations !
Great experience Fast service dropping off and picking up my car, all staff were friendly, and Dan M kept me informed of all the needed repairs. Excellent service!
Easy service experience Stopped in at the end of the day to make an appointment. Ended up having the service done then. Needing extra time, they offered me a free rental overnight so I could get the service finished but still get home for dinner.
Good customer experience My car was in for an oil change. Everything went smoothly and i was able to use a coupon Team Toyota had emailed me. The waiting area is nice and the building is extremely clean.
