Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I live closer to the Langhorne shop but once I dropped into Princeton I was sold by the friendly, not pushy staff. Fritz and staff made the purchasing experience a good one. My wife has some medical problems and Darlen(not sure of the spelling) and Fritz brought the car to our home which made our life a lot easier. Thanks to all!
Body shop Ray at the body shop was awesome. He really made us feel comfortable with having our car repaired at team Toyota. He explained everything to us and helped us to get a rental car all within about 45 min! Thank you to Team Toyota!

2012 Tacoma runs like new! Toyota fixed an issue with my Tacoma for free. The problem was noticed by Toyota so they extended the warranty for it. Team Toyota of Princeton handled everything very professionally. Kudos to Shannon R. who handled the issue and genuinely was concerned about my satisfaction. Extremely pleasant I inquired about a pre-owned Tacoma online and Rob got back to me very quickly. We corresponded for almost a week before I could make it into the showroom. They were all great. Friendly and knowledgeable. I dealt with Tim B in finance, another great guy!
