The used car salesman could not convince me in a purchase of a vehicle. The Service department advisor Brian Tulla was great at keeping up to date. There was one manager/advisor that was kinda patronizing. Also Gary, another advisor, was excellent and honest.

Everyone was very helpful and it was a enjoyable purchase of my new vehicle. I was given an amazing deal for my new Kia telluride SUV. I love it highly recommend this place. They do not look down on you as a woman coming in to buy to take advantage of you.

Scheduled a routine oil change. The service reception area was very clean, and the service representative, Dores Bounphasaysonh was pleasant and courteous. I asked that a missing valve stem cap on one tire be replaced, and it was. That kind a attention to detail is appreciated.
The entire purchasing experience was great. Patrick was very helpful. The One Price model they use makes everything simple to deal with.

I had a great experience. My salesman, Sam, was great and there was no pressure. I would recommend Victory to anybody who is looking for a car.
The service department specifically Zahid is amazing and the best service department I’ve ever encountered. And if I could just rate the service department it’d be 5 stars. The sales department is the worst I’ve ever experienced. From a terrible first buying experience to non responsive/don’t care sales reps even after putting down a deposit for a car. Service is amazing here; sales isn’t.
