Lived in the Princeton area all my life. I would never buy a car from these guys. Snakes. They will squeeze you and squeeze you until they have every last cent. They'll con you into upsales and things you do not need. Recently, they damaged my car and then tried to blame it on me. Judtterrible.
Scamming on Documentation Fee Hit me with a documentation fee of $299. On a TV news stations says this is the biggest sam of car dealers today. Tried to contact dealer with no respond, will pursue at next scheduled maintenance. Don't get sucked in be informed.
Love to lease you a car, but hate lease returns We leased our vehicle from Team Toyota in 2016... starting 6 months ago, they were relentless for us to come in and "explore our options" (i.e. get a new one). We're unsure of our plans yet, and so want to hand in our current car. Above and beyond experience Alan Carter and his staff at Team Toyota delivered the top tier experience you would only expect at a Rolls Royce dealership. I can’t say enough about how great they all were to my daughter and I and my grandson. Great buying experience Our experience with Team Toyota was great. Our salesperson, Brad Schick, was fantastic throughout the process. Our purchase timeline was a bit longer than anticipate since our existing vehicle (not a Toyota) was in the process of being repurchased by its manufacturer due to "lemon" issues.
