After visiting three different Toyota Dealerships on Long Island, and the salesman weren't very nice, compassionate, or professional, I decided to return to Atlantic Toyota and work with William Blackwood, who treated me with compassion, respect and was very professional.
I went to this dealer because I thought they were professionals. I only asked for tire replacement, wheel alignment, and balancing. Of course, they had to do their video inspection and check things I didn’t ask for. They inspected the filters and didn’t put them back properly. The tire balance wasn’t done correctly either, as my car was still vibrating at 65mph. I went back, and they re balanced the tires improperly again.
