Helpful and thorough in explanation of what was needed. I was met by a friendly gentleman who took my car immediately and directed me into the service area. there I was assigned a service support person who later called me promptly with the maintenance details and accompanying costs. However, the service took longer than was estimated.

Excellent Service Counterbalanced by Excessve Pricing The responsiveness of the team was fine, but it seems like there were MANY small items adding up to a rather significant bill for a check-up service. True the vehicle was in for its 100,000 mile checkup, but given that the vehicle was always brought in at recommended maintenance times, the reaction to the bill was "reasonable nickels and dimes" to an unreasonable total.
Complimentary Service Appt. Easy, courteous, no surprises What I don't like is having a routine service appointment and some unexpected surprises come up that cost me extra $$$ when they are not necessary. Fortunately, I have not had that experience with Team Toyota. Although my complimentary service appt took just over an hour to complete, the waiting area provided helps make the time move along. Have had my RAV4 about a year now and it's everything I expected as a new Toyota owner.
