I can't say enough about Craig and his wonderful team! I had the very emotional task of selling my parent's house after my father passed away. He had been in the home for 62 years and I had never known another family home. Craig gave me excellent advice regarding what to do in order to get the house ready to sell. Team Dynamo was responsive, the feed back was immediate and the local Team Member was so helpful and frank and honest. They priced the home at what their market knowledge told them and it sold for very nearly that. We live in Atlanta and never once felt the need to visit the property or micro-manage any of it. We worked with Julia when relocating to Gainesville from out of state. Julia was very knowledgeable of the area, and was able to show us a few homes that were representative of the area. She gave honest assessments of the property with pulses and minuses, and things to think about as a new resident, such traffic and commute to work.
