From the very first meeting to discuss listing process/information to the actual closing, Craig and his team were awesome! We worked with Julia Ariet on Craig's team. We have used Julia in prior transactions and have always found her and her team to be very responsive and professional. The team work displayed by her team made the purchase process very manageable, especially since we purchased this a second home and were not in market for the bulk of the process. I would highly recommend Julia for a purchase or sale of a property.

I only chose 5 stars because 6 or 10 wasn't an option. Craig and his entire team were amazing! They were able to walk us through the process of buying our dream forever home. Without stress! How is that even possible!?!? They kept us updated on deadlines. Making fair offers. Paperwork that was needed and explaining the confusing process to us in non realtor lingo. The team was easy to work with and very comfortable. They helped me with every step. They sold my house for above asking price, quickly. They were very considerate requiring social distancing and keeping disinfectant wipes and masks for every showing.

I met Craig Wilburn along time ago and was impressed with his work ethic. So over the years I kept seeing his name pop up in the business community as well as Real Estate. So when it was time to sell my house. I knew who to call. I told his Associate Don Winter, I wanted a fair price that will sell quick and not price that makes it sit on the market. Craig and Julia were wonderful. We had just bought a new house out of state right before the pandemic and needed to sell our old house but didn’t know what to expect with so many uncertainties. They were respectful, helpful and very conscientious. For example, for every showing, they came in with sanitizer, paper towels and masks. Wiped handles and other surfaces before and after the showing. They also came up with a cool virtual video tour. They turned an otherwise stressful situation into a smooth transition.

My husband and I just purchased our first house. Team Dynamo made the entire process very easy for us even under the current circumstances the country is facing with the outbreak.
