We had a great experience with team Dynamo selling our house. This year has been very unpredictable, but they helped us through it. They helped us with listing, and staging. We always got adequate warning before showings, and our schedule was respected.
Zabdiel was out representative for a selling and buying process. Both were an absolute nightmare of the other parties not being prepared for closing. The worst part was buying our new property. The seller was not even moved out on the closing date and left tons of trash around the property. Zabdiel personally hired a junk company to clean out a lot of the trash left behind and helped a ton with navigating the head ache of selling and buying at the same time in an already difficult year. We felt well taken care of throughout the whole process of buying and then selling our home. Great group of folks who put in the hours to get it done right. The team aspect is a little different, but it just means that each person is really good at what they do.
