My experience with Team Dynamo, Malcolm Askew in particular, was extremely impressive! I had a timeline for closing on my first home and the entire process was executed with that in mind. They were all personable and welcoming, and Malcolm made me feel like he took a personal interest in me finding the property of my dreams. They were great to work with. Craig was extremely helpful and took the time to walk us through all the details of the process. He gave us very helpful feedback and advice to make our home more marketable. His team members were also very helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns throughout the listing, showings, negotiations, and closing. We followed their advice and instructions and our home sold in 2 days for 98% of asking!!

We loved working with all the people at Team Dynamo. Victor was our agent but everyone behind the scenes helped us too. They always answered any questions we had promptly. If we wanted to look at a house it was scheduled right away. They helped us find the perfect place for our family in a short amount of time. We weren’t necessarily actively looking but ended up finding the house on our 2nd or 3rd viewing. We would highly recommend this company if you’re looking to purchase a house.
Craig and his team helped us sell a house that was not an easy sale. The house was competing with newer homes in more desirable neighborhoods. The house was a difficult sale, in part, because it is considered a condo even though it has 4500sf and sits on 2.5 acres. They found a buyer that was able to jump through extra hoops to seal the deal. His team was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Kelly was of great help to us during selling and buying process. She knows the area very well. We felt that she had our best interest at heart. She was responsive to our wishes and we would recommend her.
Malcom is one of the most personable and flexible professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We were first time home buyers and he was so understanding and flexible. He knew everyone we worked with and made sure we never took a step wrong! Thank you!
