When I listed my condo with them they promised to do open houses so I signed with them. Later they said they couldn’t. My realtor left the agency and Craig Wilburn took over. When my closing day arrived he was too busy to come. It was my first closing and I had no realtor. His supposed team realtor or the buyers realtor was there sitting with the buyer, giving him a gift to celebrate, answering his questions and explaining most everything to him. My agent was aggressive to get my house sold through a variety of strategies. Open houses. Direct mail. About 100 yard signs. Whatever they did worked as we had an offer in 1 week that we accepted for just under our asking price! Couldn't recommend any realtor higher than Team Dynamo and Keller Williams.

Craig and his team were great! The process was smooth and their team was extremely patient with us during the process of buying our new home. The home was a foreclosure and they helped that normally long and drawn out process get done with 0 issues.

Craig was extremely knowledgeable of area. Spent considerable time determining fair listing price. Responded quickly whenever we had questions. His entire team, Taylor, Julieanne, Terry took care of all details. Smoothest home sale ever.
