We highly recommend Zab if you are looking to buy a house in Gainesville. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and was always available when we needed him. When searching for houses, he was very knowledgeable about potential home repairs and the value of the properties. I can't imagine going through the final negotiations without Zab. He asked all of the right questions and represented our interests very professionally. Also, our dogs loved him. :)
