The team of people were all very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Knowledge across the group was evident and they all collaborated very well to answer all of my questions and concerns along the way. The team listed to my needs/wants and stayed within these boundaries and adjusted things as we moved through the process.

This young man and his staff are TOP SHELF! Craig did everything he said he was going to do. We took his suggestions and it all resulted in an offer from a wonderful family. Everything went well even in this difficult time of COVID19. Even though Craig has been a friend for years, this review is not sugar coated because of it. He delivered. My wife and I are pleased beyond explanation.

If you are looking for Gainesville's best, Craig and his team are it! It took us one year trying to sell our home BEFORE we met Craig. As a first-time homebuyer, my experience with Del was wonderful. When I began my search, I wasn't entirely sure exactly what I wanted/needed; I was a bit all over the place. Julia was very helpful with all aspects of our home buying process. We had a home built and she reviewed the prebuilt contract and also, the final sales contract. We appreciated all of her efforts. She even offered to store one of our vehicles until after the closing.

When I listed my condo with them they promised to do open houses so I signed with them. Later they said they couldn’t. My realtor left the agency and Craig Wilburn took over. When my closing day arrived he was too busy to come. It was my first closing and I had no realtor. His supposed team realtor or the buyers realtor was there sitting with the buyer, giving him a gift to celebrate, answering his questions and explaining most everything to him.
