***** Disaster- My family took a ***** loan out last year for some home improvements. We attempted to refinance our mortgage for our home and needed subordination on the ***** loan as well. Usually these things take roughly a week. TD Bank was quick to take our $225 dollars for the subordination paperwork fee, but have not spoken to us in over 40 days. worst bank ever. customer service is incompetent and unwilling to help. refuses to honor a promotion even after I their customer proved to be more competent at reading fine print than they were at writing it.

Bad customer service will not address error on their part hours on hold only reason I have this account because I bought a ******* phone with 0% interest, I have been in business for 50 years and have never encountered this kind of attitude service.

If I could leave a negative or no stars I would. I've had ; debit cards in the past year and 4 or more checking accounts, one not opened by me. So many issues that I have rio look at my account at least twice a day. ***** **. DON'T DO IT. "

Retail *************. I purchased a *************** and used their financial institution, ** Retail *************. I made my first payment through my online bank payment process and discovered that I could not send the money through EFT but by certified check. The check was sent by my bank within ten days of the due date. ** stated that they received the check but it was long after the due date. i had to file a dispute using their dispute form. I got an offer in mail saying I could get $300 bonus after qualified direct deposit. So I did it and called ** to make sure I qualified. I called several times and was always told I just need to wait for the bonus to show up. So now, after almost 6 months of waiting, there is still no bonus so I called again and was told the offer expired before I opened the account??? I am pretty sure the offer says expires in December! I would give 0 star review if I could. This business is made up of a bunch of scam artist! You can only use banking info. No debit cards or anything! Then when you payment doesn't go through and they will stick charges $50+ charges on you! They should be ashamed of how they run things. My husband got a new phone and I got a smart watch through ******* in late October and financed it through TD Bank, since it was cheaper. Our 1st payment was due in the middle of November. Absolute *****!!! Do not deal with this bank. They will do ANYTHING to charge you overdraft fees. They lie lie lie about your balances, their only explanation is that the system works a way they cant even explain. Im getting my money out of there and am taking them to court. This criminal entity has to be closed and tried for fraud. CRIMINALS.

This company will charge you fees upon fees upon fees even when your account should be on *******. They claim there is a number wrong with the account info but successfully pulled payment from that same account the month prior. Something is not right here! This is the 4th time and the customer service is horrible!!!!
