My husband has his identity stolen and the person opened an account in his name and fully opened the account with checks and everything. We filed a police report and fraud with the bank when we went in to close the account. A couple weeks later we got a statement about the account so it was never closed. My husband called and they assured him it would be closed this time! It wasnt! Now we are receiving more notices about more activity in this account! From customer service to ease of online banking this bank is straight up terrible.A business account with them means absolutely zero assistance when calling. Any change whatsoever means you have to go into a physical bank. TD Bank manages the Target credit cards. During this time of ***** when most organizations are being flexible, implementing late payment forgiveness and not reporting to credit bureaus, ** is doing the opposite. During this stressful and difficult time while dealing with hardships associated with ***** I missed one payment. I received a call today from TD Bank fraud department explaining that someone in another state has used my card. In a attempt to prevent the fraud from happening the rep advised a new card would be sent out priority and also sent me a email from ** verifying a new card will be sent. **** affiliated with ** is one of the most incompetent banks to deal with. This credit card is a joke! My supplementary card holder is waiting 6 months to set up the ***. Tried to register 3 times now for online access and was told by **** agent there are system glitches!! What type of organization is this! Very disappointing and frustrating!

Im 1 payment behind due to C-19 This compant calls me then my wife every day. sometime after they close they auto call then hang up after we answer then later same day they call both of us back. asked for manager 4 months ago and every time they call since. manager never calls

This complaint is for TD Bank-*********** Financing Acct# *******************I ordered a ******* machine on January 3, 2021. On January 30,2021 ******* sent an email that there was issues delivering the machine. (What happened is they oversold on stock they didnt have) I remained in contact with them. I inquired about the sign up bonus offer that was mailed to me in September 2020. I went to the TD bank near me to ask them about it and the clerk had said that I was eligible and proceeded. Turns out that I was not eligible and wasted my time and effort to set up a new account to attempt to get the bonus offer. Overall I am unhappy with TD Bank because this isn't the first time they have not done their job correctly. Another time, they spelled my name wrong when I opened a security box. "

I know that this may not be read by many but hopefully it will help some of you TD Auto Finance has horrible customer service I paid off the loan 3 months ago they have not released the lien the state of Oklahoma has stated they were supposed to do this within three business days I have called TD Finance because I want to sell the truck they are not sending me the lien release they are telling me they have 7 to 10 business days to do so they do not even know the laws for which they work if you look at the reviews of this com... read more
