I paid off my car loan since May of 2021, it's now September, and they still have not sent me my pay-letter or title. I've emailed them about 3 times and called about 5 times and they kept telling me it will be there in 5-7 business days etc. Please have them send me my payoff letter or title. I will never ever use TD auto finance again.

I closed my account over 1 1/2 years ago, all of a sudden I received a ****. AAA billed my closed credit card, How can someone charge a closed account.When I tried to pay the **** they would not take my bank debit card, they said it had to be a bank check. They said you can go to a local branch and pay using a debit card, the closest branch is about 75 miles away

I am a small business owner in **************. I have been a customer of a ********************** since 2015. My closest branch was *************, since it has been closed. I was using the ************ branch in *************. So the problem started since I started using this branch, there is no welcome environment on this particular branch. I am fed up with battling with TD Bank/Jordans Furniture Credit Card. I have been going back and forth with TD for over a year since they started charging me a late fee for which they claim they never received my check payment in the mail, more than once. In all my many years of paying numerous bills, TD is the ONE and ONLY company that claims they did not receive my payment! After I paid my loan off TD Auto didnt release the lien as per the *** they have with the ************** (which is 2 weeks) and they also didnt care to help.It took me several calls and messages using their secure message center to get it resolved.I only got my title released to me 6 months after paying it off. And it wasnt the state fault, I was in constant communication with the *** which showed me that TD Auto didnt do their part.Never use this bank no matter what the interest rate is.

Quite simply, a disgrace!They do a switch-up on the final payment that changes the process and they never explained this upfront nor did they make an effort to inform me that they had switched payments until after the fact and then wanted to fine me for a late payment. Fortunately that was corrected.Next, I called over and over again because I did not receive my title and release. I was given all kinds of assurances that I would be sent a second copy. Avoid these people like COVIT. Never use these people. They will mess your credit up. I had a card expire which made me miss a payment that wasn't 30 days delinquent. Do you know you know that drop my credit limit and messed up my credit. Never again will I ever use their services. SMFH

This bank allowed someone to open a checking account and debit card in my name WITHOUT requiring in person identification. What kind of bank does this?
