Lost my job due to covid. Opened my own bussiness and was waiting for one large payment which would have covered my entire ****. I answered when they called because the will call you every day even multiple times a day whether you spoke with them already or not and you have to go through the same c*** every time. They agreed to give me u til the 29th to pay it. I only needed until the 19th but just in case we agreed on the 29th. So the day before I bet my payment, my car was repossessed. They sent my husband off to collections for a TARGET credit card, and they are using RAS LaVrar, LLC as their attorney, and RAS LaVrar has not been keeping up with the case or filing paperwork in a timely manner. The debt has been getting paid since February 2021, and we are now $1800 into a $2400 debt. The case has even been filed with the local courthouse. TD Auto Finance is horrible. DO NOT USE them no matter how good they seem to be. Their policies are the worst. They have accumulated about $700 late fees on my account for a payment that was missed the third month on the loan. I was never made aware of the late payment, and their policy is to take the payment the following month and charge you every month for a late fee.

TD was absolutely terrible to deal with. I paid off my car and was told it would be **** days until the title would be released and if I wanted to speed up the shipping time I could provide a *** account number to have it overnighted. I called a number of times between the **** days for an update and nobody was ever able to give me one. Finally after 18 days, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they also had no answers for me. Good morning, I worked for TD BANK for 5 years. Starting as a teller and worked my way up to a Financial service rep.In the 5 years and 7 months that I worked for TD bank I never felt the type of disrespect as an employee and a customer until last year. I received a welcome to your new e-card account package in the mail on 11-07-2021 from TD BANK ***************************************************************************. The package contained all the information of the e-card including the account number, rules of use, etc. for this ********************** card with a line of $4200. Problem is, I never requested this and know nothing about this bank or this account. Obviously my identity has been stolen and the bank did not do diligence in researching and issuing this e-car... read more

Construction loan

If you are looking to finance a construction loan, do NOT consider TD Bank. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. NO centralized communication. You will be dealing with numerous people asking for different things on a weekly basis and then having to resend materials they already have. If I had to do it all over again Id choose someone else. Avoid TD for construction loans. Stressful; severe lack of communication; not very responsive. In a word: pathetic. Find someone else.

I have sent an wire transfer of 5K to ****** (which in the past took maximum of 3 days). It's been over a week and it's nowhere to be found on receiving end.
