***** TD's legendary service is an up solute JOKE. just trying to get access to my account on the phone for almost 45 minutes only to be transferred to technical service waited for over 20 minutes and finally gave up.This happens frequently because suddenly it does not recognize the password. JUST THE WORST SERVICE EVER - THEY HAVE THE **** AND CALL IT LEGENDARY SERVICE

Twice now I have received checks in the mail from TD bank for an account I never opened, both times account statements with a $0 balance. I don't bank with them. I never can get ahold of anyone when I've tried calling and emailing their customer support doesn't help. I'm not impressed with this bank.

This is absolutely the worst financial institution. I caught Covid and was hospitalized for 58 days. I called them and said I am in the hospital and that I would make up any and all payments as soon as I got out. They said that is fine. As soon as my payment was 31 days late they immediately sent it to the credit reports. When I called and asked about it, I was told that is what they have to do unless I specifically ask for an extension. Their customer service is absolutely the worst. I bought my lease over a year ago, paid off in full. Paid the amount of 320$ in excise tax for the month of Jan, they told me that I owed. As of Feb, I owned the car and paid my own excise tax started receiving calls 6 months ago that I owed them money for excise tax another 321$. Nobody could explain it clearly. I asked for an invoice or even an email, did not receive one. This bank closed off my account for fraud just because someone was selling me money from ********* North ******** and I live in ******** they can explain why the account was closed off they said it was because of fraud all my tenants went to go pay they told my tenants that account is closed off because of fraud which I felt was an extremely unfair after that they made me wait six months for the remaining balance on top of that my credit score dropped 100 points seeking legal advice try to reach out to them a few times they ... read more

Hard to believe this company still has an A+ rating with so many negative complaints against it. I too have issues with this company. The information available on their website does not provide sufficient transparency on my loan. I know how to amortize loans and nothing in the several months that I've had my loan with TD Auto Finance comes close to my amortization expectations. TD bank refused a gift card because they say we didn't use it soon enough even though the date on the card said 06/28 that's 30 Dollars they are stealing from a Downs child

I've been in the process of a state-to-state title transfer since June of 2021. Countless phone calls to them trying to resolve it. After finally getting confirmation that TD Auto Finance had my original title in hand on 12/7/21, I called back today to find out that the title still had yet to be mailed out after 3 separate "supervisor escalations" and promises that it would next-day-air'ed.
