I made a very simple call to update my address on file. After I said hello a young *** by the name of ******* answered in the most passive aggressive tone of voice. He was unnecessarily rude. At one point I had to ask him to speed up because I couldnt tolerate his distasteful tone any longer and I need to get this done. TD bank has the worst quality customer service. Im only giving two stars because he was able to get the address updated.
I have loved TD bank for many years. They were a great bank with great customer service, helping me immensely when I moved first to the ** and away from the east coast where their branches are. I tried logging into the website so that I can change my password and make a payment. After I entered my correct information, the site said it did not recognize my info. There is no phone number to call only an email. By the time I received the info I needed so that I can update my password, my payment was late. That caused TD *********** Services to lower my total credit balance and showed that I am now OVER my credit limit. 2 accounts have been opened without my knowledge. Last paperwork shows that I owe $50 to an account Number that I dont have.
TD Bank has the worst customer service i've ever experienced. I was on the phone for 2 hours of which 1:45min i was put on hold and they could not help me with anything. I was transferred 4 times between representatives. I work as a CSR in a bank and in my carrer i have never experienced anything like this.Very very disappointing.
I've been with td bank for almost ********************************************************************************* hopes of reselling merchandise online. The retailer is generally prompt in sending through my transaction but fir some reason they sent through multiple transactions a month late. Apparently the transactions came through on the day they were initiated then dropped off to later be resubmitted a month later all on one day at one time. First signed up for a Credit Card with ********** After a year or so it gets transferred to TD. TD made it very difficult to pay my card once it was transferred but after a fight with the company's reps I was able to get online access. Recently TD changed its online services and now I need a TD account in order to make a payment on the card. I have been with TD Bank since it was a REAL BANK called ************* in ****. If I could give a negative star rating, I would have. I signed up for a promotion in which I deposited 20k of new money in September of 2021 and was supposed to have received $200.00. I have spoken with 5 ****************** Reps, 4 of whom continued to agree that I met all of the qualifications to earn the promotion, and continuously told me that the $200.00 would be deposited by the end of the week. The service this bank offers is horrible, government has already found them doing wrong, and how BBB gives them a A- rating does not seem appropriate ,and misleading, they have abundant of one star reviews, have problem with account cant get online, when you call put you on hold , this company is awful use another bank
