I havent had a car payment in many years. This company reminds me why I do not like to finance cars. They take a very long time (months) to resolve issues, their fees are ridiculous and unfair, my situation leaves me feeling disadvantaged, and helpless. Ive had a horrible nightmare of an experience with this company and just cannot find anybody there that can humanely help. I recommend you watch your transactions, and finances carefully when dealing with this company. I do not trust this company, they will steal your money.
I called the number they provided and a man answered then a woman and both hung up on me. I called again and the man from the 1st time answered and said they don't make these credit cards anymore then asked for my address and hung up again. FRAUD!!
This company doesnt care even with the Covid pandemic going on. After I decided to refinance my jeep. They filed on the credit reports it was closed account. Then all of sudden it pops back upon my credit file saying I owe them after they took it of and the other company I refinanced with paid them off. I called them tons of time no one answers or I get hung up on. Very rude company I will never do business with them ever!
TD Bank is the worst most unprofessional bank and credit card company I have ever used! If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I had to cancel with them. They continued to send me mail and propaganda in the mail to me after I repeatedly told them to stop, three times then I cancelled my credit card with them. They charged me twice for my last payment after I closed my account with them, and then after more than three months still did not refund me my overpayment. Horrible! Sent wrong forms, then added wrong address to credit reporting companies!
Absolute worst effing customer service, we mail our payment in 2 checks in one envelope and only one check gets cashed then they say they never got the other one for 2 months straight and charge late fees, beware of these idiots
TD Auto Finance is a horrible company, poor customer service and just rude! If you thinking about financing through them dont do it. They will play games and rip you off
