This sketchy bank (TD Bank) reduced my credit limit on a perfectly maintained account with ********* for no reason. By doing that to me, my credit rating went down 25 points. Calling customer support is a waste of time. Apparently they are all a bunch of snotty women working at home with kids crying in the background. Very unprofessional and it's obvious none of them care at all.I have little to no incentive to pay them another ***** on my account. What are they going to do to me - hurt my credit? I helped my mother purchase a car. I put the down payment and co-signed (I was the primary signer). We put the title in her name. She unexpectedly died in mid-February. It is now mid-June. I spent hours on hold. I was given a different answer every single week when I called. I sent a death certificate. They dont care about their customers who have been with them long term. They also do not care if about you are put into a financial bind. I had issues with a mobile deposit and they held the check for 6 days because they couldnt verify it. I asked them at 7am if they could expedite the process because it was a pay check from my new job. They said they put in the request. the customer service is ********, I Request reconstructed statement a month ago I haven't received yet, I almost every day call the bank every time when I call, they gave me new excuse, the best part is they charge service charge right away, but they don't leave note on the account every time when I call, I have to explain everything again and again, they love to blame other, blame on postal service, mailing address and on each other. they don't have any record that how many time i called and why i call. no record what is ha... read more

Horrible service. Had many problems with their billing. They have said that they returned money to me when a payment was rejected and I never received it. I sent proof and they have yet to get back to me. It has been 3 weeks. They are not communicating and on top of this continue to add on to my **** for a phone I never received. In November of 2021, I received a promotional letter from TD Bank to open a savings account that required a $20,000 minimum and that if the money was left there for 90 days I would receive $200.I have left the money untouched for now over 6 months and the guarantee of $200 has never been added.I visited the branch , ****** Rockville,MD20852 to question this with the person who originally opened the account whose name was *****. The dispute team is complete trash. I ordered from Uber eats and the restaurant messes up and gave me the wrong order. I had to throw the food out as its something Id never eat. **** td decided to take the merchants side and not refund me. I wanted to redispute the case and its up to the awful dispute team to decide if they will allow me to do so. Its supposed to take **** business days. Its been over 14 days and still no answer. This service is trash. Time to use a new credit card. Theyre making a huge deal for $33
