Would give them 0 stars if possible. They have the worst phone system that has so much static you can't even hear anything. It's nearly impossible to get through to customer service, and if you are "lucky" enough to do so, they do not follow through with your request. The automated system is also useless. Terrible company and very difficult to get away from them and transfer your loan.
35 minutes agoNEW I got a commercial loan through this bank that I was told would not touch my personal credit.****...today I got notification from my credit report that they put my commercial loan on my personal credit.I'm supposed to be buying a house....not good.I called customer support, after spending ****** on the phone just trying to figure out where my account was as names, addresses, etc....couldn't be found....We finally got it together....but nobody could help me. THIS A FRAUD!!!I make twice the payments for what I'm billed. In addition, I set up my payments in advance. However, it is TWICE NOW that TD Bank has cancelled my payment WITHOUT telling me, even though there is funds in the bank account, AND hit me with late fees. I PAID my bills and they cancelled them WITHOUT PERMISSION and lied on why they did so. TD Bank said I can't make any future payments online - BUT IT DID FOR the first 4 months. I am new with them but having a terrible time trying to make payments on line.more than anything else I am concerned about it going into repo because they wouldn't take payment.
TD Bank has locked my Debt/ATM card because a new one is in the mail to me. There wasn't any fraudulent activity and there is a balance in the account. The lock is purely because a new one is in the mail and so they deactivated the expiration date/security code on the old one, prior to the new one being activated. This is despite their website stating, "Your current card remains active while you're waiting for the replacement." All their customer service staff are rude and ignorant. They act as if they own the bank! TD bank charges so many fees!!! While they are advertising they are peoples bank well THEY ARE NOT! Take care of your money. Do not lend it to them. Deposit your money somewhere else.
This bank is the worst! I had covid for 45 days and couldn't work.they harass me everyday til I started recording the phone calls now they hang up on **** have been treated so badly because I got sick and couldn't pay.i was literally coughing up blood and it was coming out of my nose am these people didn't care about anything but money.i even called them for help an to work something out and they refused to help me.sorry the loan is to new but all my other financial institutions helped without hesitation! Do not finance your automobile with this bank. This bank has horrible customer service. I paid off my car in October 2021 it is the end of January. I did not get my title yet. Im on hold for an hour and still no solution.
This company does not know the definition of customer service. My auto payment was enrolled in auto pay for several months, when one day I received a random phone call from them telling me my payment was 89 days past due. When I called to inquire, they informed me they had received a random payment 3 months back that had been rejected, and that is what caused the issue with my account.
