TD Auto Finance is the absolute worst company in the world. Worst customer service. Dishonest changed my interest rate without telling me. The people can not speak English. As many people have stated. DO NOT USE THEM if possible. They dinged me for 30 days late when I was not because I live on the West Coast and made a payment at 4:20pm after speaking with a representative the day prior to my making the payment and it posted the following day because their system post dates if after 3:30 pm PST (making it 30 days). The most INCONVENIENT credit card service in US!My parents were issued credit cards. The next time they made the purchase, the cards were locked for security. After calling the fraud department, they were told to go to the bank physically to verify their identities, which they did. The card couldn't be unlocked. We called the fraud department again and was told to go to the local branch again and there is nothing they could do. After explaining the frustration, the rep just told us to shut the cards. I went there 2 weeks ago, they told me I need to bring the driver license and passport to open an account. Today I took my id and passport, they said they need green card. I got 3 gift cards $50 dollar each. When went to activate them the rep **** its 0 balance, they charge inactivate fee $2.5. But I never activated . Total scam .
I tried to order a new phone from ********* website for a Black Friday deal. It made me finance through TD Bank, who then took ALL my information, asked for my phone number to send me information, and then told me they "can't send info to that number."
