I am not even a current customer; paid off 6 years ago. ********************** has held my title electronically. Selling my car now and they are unable to provide a lein release or anything about the car.First - because they only do tilting* on Tuesdays and Thursdays. (*Although the department is open 5 days a week between 8 and 5, the people only work on Tue, Thurs. I don't even understand this logic.) Was told it would be 14 days to turn around. I recently got an TD *********** and started to set up future one-time payments through the website. I log into and notice that I have a late fee assessed on my last statement. Come to find out that any previous one-time payment requests I made prior to the most recent one had been canceled. I've tried every phone number online to reach TD *********** Services and am unable to reach a live representative. HORRIBLE customer service. I set up auto pay to avoid this horrible service and they messed that up! I just found out my payments have been 30 days behind for 3 months because the auto drafts where not properly set up. And who set up the drafts? After reading all the terrible reviews I will get refinanced with a reputable company.

TD auto finance never released my lien on my title that I had payed off in 2017. When I called to get them to release lien they told me it was an old loan and send to there title department to release lien which will take 24 to 48 hours. I called back three days later and then was told it could take two weeks. This is incompetent company!!! Dont use them.

They deactivated my account and invalidated my ATM card after 6 months of inactivity (during the pandemic) and without notification. I found myself in ****** with no access to cash, and no way to reactivate my card online or on the phone. Thank heaven I wasn't travelling alone!!

Someone hacked into my ******* account and was able to get my debit card information. They then charged ****** to my card and picked up all items in *******, *****- I have never been there and live in *************. TD stated that the charge needed to go through stating that I could only make a claim until AFTER my account was charged. I'm trusting this bank with my money- they never once alerted me to suspicious activity or did anything to support my claim until after the money was already taken, It is ridiculous that the b... read more

I would not recommend this for any of your financing. I have had the tragic experience of the lost of my mother last year which caused me to have to defer 2 payments to bury her. I paid the interest and I have not been late or missed a payment. Fast forward to this year I just lost my nephew 12/10/2021 to SIDS. My family is trying to put this sweet boy to rest so I call for a deferment on a month of payments and was told to call back today on 12/14/2021. TD AUTO FINANCE WORST UNBARE UNHELPFUL RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ********************************************* I AM UNFORTUNATELY WITH THEM 4 YEARS LAST MONT ******* FAMILY GOT COVID THEY DONT WANT IT HELP RUDE OPERATOR SAID OUR COVID HELP PROGRAM FINISHED IN OCTOBER AND HANG UP PHONE ON ME EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE EVEN SUPERVISORS THEY SAID WE CAN GIVE PAYMENT EXTENSION BUT WE CHARGED $300 INTEREST I WILL RECOMMEND PEOPLE DONT DEAL WITH THIS TD WORST FINANCIAL SERVICE
