This bank is worse than the Mafia!!!!!!! Every rule broken.Had not used card much at all lately after assault and heart attack, knee issue and ringing in the ears.Had a big ***** charge only and they added 30 dollars late fee. I explained I was in and out of hospital 6x in last 6 months and mail problem with different mail carriers and had not received some statements this year. Worst bank ever. Horrible customer service, and poorly ran local branch. Waited am hour today trying to get my check cashed, and this is common. Either short staffed or mis managed. If you can go elsewhere, definitely do.

I received a TD gift card right before covid. I saved if for a special occasion which of course was a long time coming. I went to use it last weekend only to discover $22.50 had been deducted.The sticker on the card said it tiny writing that $2.50 would be reduced for each month of inactivity. This did not add up to the card balance. I took the card to the bank in deer park and the officers just said too bad that was the rule. Target please stop doing business with TD Bank. They are thieves. Target TD Bank is making you all loose customers. I know of **** customers that have left Target because of TD Bank.I need the world to know about TD Bank. TD Auto Finance is horribly run. Do not use them regardless of whatever low interest rate they may offer, or any encouragement by the auto dealer to use them. My business financed a $15,000 vehicle with them earlier this year. We generally have 2-3 vehicles financed with various institutions at any given time. Here are the issues I have had with TD:1. This company is scum. They will apply your payments however they like and refuse to apply them to principal. After you pay off your car they will tell you they sent you the title 3-4x and make you wait months only to say its lost and you must go to the *** for a copy.Ive filed a complaint with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

Warning to everyone, never ever ever buy anything from a store that uses TD bank for retail services. TD Bank, has the worst customer service and preys on "little" people like you and me. I purchased a mattress at ******************* a year ago, in July 2020. I opted for the 1 year payment plan. At some point, i set up automatic payments and paper free billing. This is a terrible financial institution if a store uses this in your area for retail accounts avoid signing up. Had an issue with their my account website not working properly. Which ended up with payment information not going through properly. They charged over $100 in fees and when calling to get the issue resolved the employees all said different things. Td bank associates are rude and obnoxious and doesn't care about customers. Ive been a customer for 24 days and have been treated bad by 4 customer service representative which includes supervisor ******** she pretty much said i could close my account it doesn't bother her. To this day i haven't received a bank card and no one can explain but i have 3 check books ?? no one have the decency to say maam im sorry ?? this is obsurd
