TD Bank is a complete joke! I called customer service to inquire about my balance being incorrect, and as I'm going through my statement with the rep, I noticed so many discrepancies in what I had on my end with what she had in her system, as far as my transactions. I am naturally a person that checks my account after ***** transaction that I make, so that I can know if something is pending ON MY OWN. Been working with TD Auto for over a year and I cant say enough of their customer service and processing of documentation of how absolutely horrendous it truly is. I requested a copy of my title so I could register my vehicle at my new base (Military) in January of this year. I called back a month later (February) and they told me that it was showing that it was never requested. Horrible customer service and very rude treatment by the bank. I opened up a second checking account at ******* island branch and they froze my account when I had sent my payroll to this bank. They sent my direct deposit back to my employer and now my direct deposit is still messed up. **************** beats beats them around the block and back. I had a 72 month auto loan with TD Finance from 2013 till 2019. In the history of the loan, I was never late once. The funds were deducted from my checking account each month through direct deposit. As it turns out, the final payment was supposed to be mailed in. I was not aware of this till I got a late notice which I paid immediately. I closed my credit card account with TD Bank in 2020. I thought that my business with them was completed. There was apparently a vendor I had not updated my credit card information with that charged the old TD Bank card. TD Bank readily accepted the charge, and notified me after the fact (2 months later) that I had a charge on the account. They waived the late fees and interest. I received a letter from TD *********** Services stating I have an open account with someplace called Renovate and even provided an account number. I attempted to log into the TD *********** Services to see what this account is and the website says the account is not valid.

*** been a customer for over 20 years. My account has been hacked several times and *** received new debit cards. This last time my account was hacked for $94.90 for some vitamins in ******* which I did not buy or purchase on line. I disputed the claim the investigators came back with a letter stating that they did not find fraud in this claim and was not giving me my money back. Im very upset with this situation. Due to this I am closing my account and will no longer do business with them. Very dissatisfied.

This company put a lien on my car for something unpayed by the previous owner (I assume) they wont give me any information about the account...they told me I needed to FAX them a copy of my **** of sale, so I got in my time machine and went back to **** and did so... then I called back and they said to call back in 48hrs which I did, they then said they received it, and that they will send me a release in 2 weeks...they wouldnt fax me a copy, like I had to do. After paying off my auto loan and repeatedly contacting and paying to get the title that belongs to me I still cannot get the title to my car. I have filed a complaint with the **** consumer credit agency once and I plan to file another complaint. It has been over a year and I cannot get my title.
