I reported fraud on my account for tons of unauthorized transactions on my card when it got lost in ********* and the scammers took everything out of my bank account. TD bank took 5 business days to deny the claims without doing the proper investigation while the customer service rep who took my information was untrained and didnt do her job properly not correctly filing that I lost my card and didnt get my right phone number. Ive been attempting the obtain a lien release letter or title on a paid off auto loan.Ive been given a run around for months. Letter which was finally received has the vin misspelled so Im at dmv right now, waisted 2 hours on a phone with ******** who needs 2-3 business days to correct their own error. That means an other month to wait for dmv and title. Customer service is ridiculous it takes 30 min to get connected just to be transferred or given a run around. No accountability what so ever. I am very disappointed in TD banks system for charging people ridiculous amounts of money in over draft fees for the smallest over draft amounts. I never mean for my account to overdraft and obviously times are hard right now with the coronavirus pandemic and people being out of work. ** showed now sympathy for taking $175 in overdraft fees from my account in a single day. TD bank processes charges from largest to smallest and makes it almost impossible to control what gets taken out and when. They are one of the hardest financial institutions to work with you in disputing overdraft fees. Often times you ask for supervisors and theyre too busy to handle the call so they make the initial representative you had to deal with, be the same person that gives you the final verdict. I recently lost a bank check of 20K and I contacted the bank to freeze all payment to prevent anyone from potentially checking it out, BUT the manager refused to do anything for me and told me to just leave the bank as there is nothing they can do. RE***Y??? There is nothing for them to do to prevent someone from cashing out 20K FROM ** ACCOUNT?? ********** ******** SERVICE, ****** AVOID THIS **** AT *** COST!

Called TD bank Customer service line twice for a charge dispute and was told nothing could be done on the dispute that I must contact the seller. The original purchase was done a couple of months ago but I am currently still waiting for my exchange of the item. As of 4/6/2021 I have heard nothing back from the seller (have multiple messages, and tracking number confirming that I returned the item) absolutely NOTHING was done thru ** customer service. I was left to figure it out myself and I now have no product or money.

company received a lienholder letter on 4/2/2021. They did not submit it to the *********** until 25 days later. In the mean time my registration was cancelled with the state and I am now left registrationless for at least the next 30 days. I spoke with *********************** who was completely incompetent and had no suggestions as to how to remedy the situation. Because of this companies incompetence i now have an expensive paper weight sitting in my driveway.

On February 7, 2021 at 3:16pm a call came in to my cell phone (908) 461-xxxx. The incoming call was from phone number (888) ******** reading TD bank. The ****** asked me (****** F--o) if I was making purchases in ****** *****. He explained to me that there were three purchases trying to go through from my ** account right now in *****.
