I have been attempting to work with TD auto finance since October 2020 to request a title transfer. It is now February ******* and I am still unable to receive any direct information on why the title cant be transferred to my new state of residence. On 02/12/2021 , TD retail customer service had me on hold for *******. All i wanted to do was obtain my customer account number to be able to access my account online. This" financial " company is not allowing customers to view or have access to their account , report a lost or stolen card, request account information without speaking to a representative. Absolutely the worst I moved and thought maybe Ill stay with TD but **** no. Took me 3 months to try and dispute a charge over the phone faxed 4 papers to them 3x they never got it. I cant take a flight no one will help over the phone. I just want these accounts closed now and they still wont help me. ** gonna have to take a flight just to close these **** accounts. I would not suggest this bank at all. For it to be a pandemic I expect there online services to improve but there absolutely the worst

Retail card was opened in my name. This was an unauthorized charge, but ******* will not respond to my faxes, emails, or phone calls. I was on hold for 5 hours one time waiting to submit a dispute via phone. ** Retail ************* also reported this fraudulent account as delinquent so my credit has taken a massive hit.
For an auto loan, ** agreed to finance $13,000 for an additional $13,000, making the overall loan $26,000- with no way to payoff at a lesser sum. Being that I was desperate for a car due to new location, I signed the contract. One month later ***** hit and I lost my job for three months. I have barely been able to make payments. TD Credit cards are definitely the worst choice any consumer can make. I had a balance of $4000 (medical bills), and with a 28 percent interest, could never bring down. Called collections department to settle in ******** 3 payments over 3 months. During the call a very nice representative shared the the Forebarance Program option..I have. This **** just caused me to get a higher interest rate on a car loan because they changed my balance from 10,000 to 1,000.000 and didnt even send me a letter For their mistakes. When I called was told it was a software problem and it will change on My Credit report soon, I really upset with this bank and will not do business with them again.
