I didn't even want to give this business a 1 star. I have been trying to resolve an issue with TD bank with really no end in site. This company has been unprofessional to say the least and unwilling to look at my situation and help come to a resolution. I never post complaints but I am so frustrated with this company and their customer service. I purchased a Cub Cadet zero turn mower and given a zero interest loan through TD Retail. I stopped receiving statements on the account which resulted in being greater than 30 days late on a payment. As a result my credit score dropped 90 points. TD Auto finance reduced my credit score by 80 points for one missed payment, which was made ON TIME, after 4 years of all payments also ON TIME, but somehow mysteriously was not applied. At the time, my father had died and I didnt realize the payment hadnt posted properly in the mix of funerals etc. I sent a letter of explanation, a copy of the death certificate, and a plea to review my account and understand that it was obviously an error, not neglect in paying....I got back a form letter saying the info I had sent didnt me... read more
