I didn't even want to leave a star for TD Bank because they aren't even worth it, but had to to send in review. Their fraud protection service is the worst of any bank I ever encountered. My sons bank acct was recently hacked into to the tune of $3500.00 and the bank denied the fraud over night without even reviewing all information supplied, including a police report. Worst bank I have encountered. We are in pandemic, I am fully aware of overdraft protection and I pay the fee gladly each time. Recently I have been struggling and over-drafted my bank by a couple dollars with a car **** unexpected which caused my memberships (two) monthly auto pay to hit next day causing three overdraft charges. I put the cash in same day to cover the charges. I called and asked them if they could help me in reversing the charges. Similar to all the other customers here. Purchased a ******* tablet online direct from *******. Was shipped someone else's order, I returned it. Was told by ******* financing I would get a full refund. Get an email notice 6 weeks later saying the product returned was refused due to the fact it was not the product I ordered or was shipped..........huh ? Terrible. I have always paid my account online. I have paperless statements. I got locked out of my account (it had other issues as well) and tried for months to get through to someone. I was unable to make a payment because I had no statement, locked out of my account, and they had the wrong area code for me so my phone number was not recognized when I tried to pay on the phone. ****** ever answered when I called, for ******. Disappointed in this bank. I have nordictrack financing through TD Bank. They lowered my credit line because their payments take SO **** to go through that my bank rejected the payment, and that resulted in a $1000 decreases in credit. When reaching out to the bank customer service, they wouldnt increase it back up even though *** never missed a payment, and have always paid more than minimum. Really disappointed in this bank and I cant wait to pay off the balance and be done.

I had a very difficult time trying to receive the *** loan through ******* during the pandemic. In May 2020, I received a *** loan through *******, but due to the government urging the *** receivers to spend the money within 8 weeks, I had to return the money because there was no way I would be able to spend within that time period. However, *** just opened a 2nd *** loan and they told us that those who returned the 1st *** should not apply for the 2nd loan, but they should apply for the first one again. This Company is a JOKE The online banking services do not work for automatic payments.Then they hit you up for late fees and tell you they will report you to collection services if you dont pay your late fees.I can even get thru to customer service to cancel my ********************** card account.Incompetent company

I would give them a "0" if I could. TD *********** Services is the worst I have ever used. I pay my bills on-line and I get payed 2 times a month. I pay this bill at the beginning of the month. My last 3 bills have been due on the 7th of the month and each time I have paid through there website with a one-time payment on the 4th of the month. Nobody knows. what there talking about on the mobile app. I always have issues with the bank app. They're *** eats my money amd spits out half of it and gets stuck. Lost 200 1 day and they won't give me my money back the lady I called that night said I had to wait and see if it will post to my account. But I told her it was stuck in the machine.
