Filed a fraud claim twice about ****** digital charges that were made on my account. They denied it twice. I called up ****** and within 5 minutes were able to confirm I did not make the charges. ******** fraud department. Also had the account less than a year and I've been through 4 debit cards. Never had this problem until i switched to **. The first day I opened the account, I didn't even use my debit card someone had gotten the card information. Right there should of been a sign to never deal with **."

Horrible customer service!! Extremely rude and unprofessional!! I made a $1400 payment and told them I wanted it applied to my monthly payments. They said ok. Then I got a **** saying I'm late on my payment. I called and they said they will fix it and to not worry about it. Then I got another ****! Saying I'm late again! I told them the problem and again said they will fix it. Now I'm on my 4th call and they NOW tell me it's against policy for this kind of request and now I owe my back payments. Like WTH!! I would give less than 1 star if I could. TERRIBLE customer service. It started when we didn't receive our first statement, so our account immediately started out with a late payment. After HOURS on hold with customer service I was finally able to get through. Fast forward a few months.... we got locked out of the online payment portal. The website says that it needs to send a verification code to the email on file, but I never received it. I've tried several times, and checked my inbox and SPAM folder. NOTHING!!!! Retaliatory Business Practices and ********************* I used this ********************** to ******************** a piece of Nordicktrak equipment. My payment was set up automatically through my bank. There was no option for digital transfer so my bank had to cut a physical check each month which they did. We have been ******* customers for 20+ years. We were victims of a Scam/Fraud that involved using our bank accounts to send money via Zelle - that the scammer told us was a "code" to help establish our location because of a compromised ***** ID. The code was actually money that was deducted from our account. They used a downloaded app to our phones to see what app was there and they saw ******* & ***********. PREDATORY LENDER!! WORST **************** Ever!! I opened an account to finance a ******* purchase, at 0% APR if paid in 12 months. I set up auto payments through my checking account. Months went by, and I suddenly noticed a late payment alert on my credit monitoring service, since TD had reported me as late on a payment. TD Retail is the wirst I have ever used. They received my payment from the same checking acoount I hvae been using all along. The waited 14 days to say it was no ACH approved. Funny you have taken the ones prior. They charged me a late fee and return fee. I submitted the refund form because you can;t actually talk to a live person. This was 3 months ago. I bought a used car at a dealership and paid cash, but it turned out that there was a very old lien on it from Chrysler Financial (long since paid off, prior to my purchase). Chrysler Financial no longer exists, but TD Auto Finance wound up with the paperwork. I sent them my proof of ownership 6 weeks ago, and they still refuse to send me the lien release or even explain why they can't send it... I just keep getting put on hold until they hang up on me. Stay away from *******. WARNING. Stay away from *******. Trying to prevent you from getting what little money you have. Your money will get taken away through surprise fees and situations that make no sense.....even when your a good long time customer.
