They ruined my credit after I requested an extension that the approved and 6 months later said they made a mistake that didn't qualify which caused my credit score to drop from 751 to ******************************************************** late fees ol be paying the truck off this week so now I'm stuck with a low credit score

Terrible!!!. I was told my first payment was 7/20, got a letter on 7/1 saying i was overdue. I have perfect credit. I know not to monkey with 3rd world credit companies. I paid my bill in full and walked away. Initially through ******** Credit" I will never work with either again. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, IT WILL COST YOU TIME AND MONEY. Your time and money are spent way better somewhere else.

I have had an ongoing issue with this bank since February 2021 in which my account was hacked and $900 was removed the bank refuses to acknowledge that I did not authorize these withdrawals and only refunded me $450 after I filed a complaint with the consumer finance protection bureau. I would never ever recommend this bank to anyone. Their customer service is horrible they do not listen to you and they do not give the customer the benefit of the doubt. I do not bank with ********************** (thank ****), but about a month ago I received an account statement in the mail for a ********************** Account in my maiden name. I called ********************** at their 800 number to have the account closed. I learned from that phone call that there were actually two accounts, but was assured that since they were fraudulent, they were not active. I followed up by calling the *** and filing a report. I went to TD Bank on ********** with a serious issue I had regarding a Power of Attorney situation. The manager **** was on lunch so I dealt with another gentleman, I didn't get his name. When I told this gentleman my serious concerns on what was going on he refused to help me than called the person I was concerned about and told him that I was there trying to do this. Absolutely no interest to service existing clients. Have checking, savings and credit card with **. My balance in savings account has been substantial, as they would offer rate bump if you have a certain balance. But they lower the interest rate without telling you and you end up with same rate as any other bank. As for the credit card, got notified that card has not been used in 9 month and unless there was a transaction in the next 3 month, it would be cancelled. Did a transaction within the window. They couldn't give me an answer to my question for 8 months. I could've parked my money somewhere else during this time, but instead I had to keep it there. "
