TD Bank is American's most inconvenient bank with the worse customer service. Customer needs do not come first with this bank. Employees are rude and unable to solve issues. I kept getting transferred from one department to another.

**************** is horrible and the agents are extremely vindictive and condescending to the extent they will file inaccurate credit reports to destroy your credit. It has taken me months to deal with them on a fake report that was literally intentionally placed by their agents.

I have been a TD bank customer for years had checking, saving and credit card with the. I got an alert from my credit that there was a closed account on my Credit card. I called and they stated i haven't used my card in a while so they closed it. This Credit Card was one of my longest cards i have that helped my credit. Now my credit is in bad shape due to TD shutting my card for no reason. They even declined me for a new card because the length of time with cards. Well thank you TD. I have been trying to refinance two investment loans I have with TD Bank. It has taken just about a full year to complete this process. It has been a painfully slow process where I have lost money, time, reductions in my credit score because of the multiple credit score inquiries.

I would like to just be able to get ahold of someone on the phone. We traded in our vehicle and the company cannot get ahold of anyone to get an updated payoff amount. In the meantime we are stuck in limbo! We call the ***** number and they all say it is an unassigned phone number. Horrible to deal with in general!

Bank literally charges after you overdraft by more than $5 and will allow it to accumulate instead of denying charges. Exceptionally hard to reverse late fees.

I had an awful experience with TD Auto Finance when I requested a lien release for a vehicular loan that had been paid off three years ago. To start off, I called in February and requested they send the lien release to my home address. We needed a duplicate title from the *** and they request a lien release if the car is less than ten years old. Fair enough.
