I purchased a ******* phone for my wife. ******* used them as the bank to get the phone. I finished paying off the cost of the phone in no time but I was still tied to TD ******************* for some subscription that I dont need anymore. I paid for the subscription every month religiously. I got my wife a new phone and do not need the subscription thru ******* any more. We've had multiple complaints with TD Bank, located at **********************************************************. Our first problem we ran into TD Bank was trying to get a member, who is remote from the company, to be authorized on the account. This member flew down twice to ******* to sign paperwork to at the branch to be authorized on the account, costing the member $900+ to fly down to ******* during non-business hours of operation. My TD bank credit card was being charged by a fraudulent company. I flagged these charges, cancelled my card and ordered a new one. 2 months later the same company is charging my card again and TD bank has allowed these charges to go through. Furthermore every time I try to call to stop the account I get left on hold for 10 minutes and then the call drops. I have credit card since 2008 with great credit limit of 11k but last two years they reduce credit limit every four to six months and reason is I dont make fast enough payments so you are high risk and less credit worthiness and this way they help me increase my credit utilization ratio to go up and my credit score go down. Nice business practice,

A CHECKING ACCOUNT WAS OPENED UNDER MY NAME ONLINE. I FILED A FRAUD REPORT WITH THEM ASKING THEM TO CLOSE ACCOUNT AS I HAVE NEVER BEEN A TD BANK AND NEVER WILL AFTER THIS. THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND EVEN RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT NO FAULT WAS FOUND ON MY PART AND THE MATTER HAD BEEN RESOLVED. A FEW MONTHS LATER I GET A CIVIL SUIT FILED AGAINST ME FOR *******. Someone signed up for a TD account using my email address. TD Bank has no system in place to confirm ownership of an email address before they start sending emails to that address. I had to call TD Bank to ask them to remove my email address from their system, but their website does not provide a way to contact them directly. No phone number... no email address... not even a web form. For a bank that calls themselves the most user friendly, they don't seem to want to talk with their customers. Trying to get help to settle my late fathers auto loan. The companys one fax number took 2 weeks to be able to send the correct paperwork. Told us there was no physical address to mail anything too. System was down on 4/27/2022. First customer rep was very short and rude. Second customer rep was nicer and explained their system was down. We have been trying to resolve the issue with payment but every time we call we are given wrong information and no help with the situation.
