When I first applied for a TD bank secured credit card I was informed that my account would be evaluated after 7 months of having the card. It is now 20 months past (1yr and 8 months) and I've call numerous times inquiring about when will I be evaluated for graduating from secured to unsecured? So basically I been in evaluation since July of 2021 and still no answer. I believe that they just want to hold on to my secured deposit to continue to gain interest and just giving me the run around.

Gave me money for a fake check and then charged me for the money after it was proven to be fake. Zero customer service help, zero liability, zero accountability. I will never ever use this company again.

I thought I would take advantage of their 0 percent interest for a ********** but little did I know it would be a terrible experience. When I signed up for automatic payments with a overdraft protected account they charged me repeatedly for NSF. I called the customer service repeatedly and was hung up on. I decided just to pay them off with a check and they didn't apply all of the check funds to the account leaving me with another NSF fee. This is a predatory company just trying to scam for fees.

This bank is a joke. We are a small business and TD Bank allowed 2 fraudulent checks to go through with an alarming amount of red flags.- 1 of 2 checks was written by hand (our check info is always printed on)- The signatures on both checks do not match or even attempt to match the signatures we have on file with TD Bank.- The style, size, and appearance of the checks cashed were completely different to our usual checks - Our check # sequence only goes up to 4 digits. Proform exercise equipment unfortunately uses ********* for financing. Their payment page is hard to navigate the lay out is horrible. The customer service ***** doesn't answer emails and if your one day late on a payment it's a twenty dollar charge up to forty dollars.

TD Bank dont services it customers who hold accounts in the institution. TD Bank doesnt protect your money from scammers and actually TD banks allows money to be taken from your account without customers authorization. TD bank also help themselves to your funds with authorization. I was a victim of unauthorize transactions and TD bank failed to properly investigate the charges and my problem was never rectified. I wrote a check on my TD Bank account to pay my **************** **** for $1719.49. The check was received and deposited by **************** on 6/30/2022. My TD account was debited for that amount. On 7/1/2022 at 4 PM I went to the ************* branch to close my account. I was paid the balance of $1330.09 which was left in the checking and money market accounts. Hopefully this finds *********** Well. Last year TD Bank Mgr. **************** referred me to the Hall. **** ****** because I had been robbed of $3,600.00. The ****** Investigated & referred me back to **************** stating the Bank will Investigate the Theft, not only does Mgr. **************** not remember referring me to the ******, nor will the Bank Investigate the Theft of two (2) Stimulus Checks & a Disability Check !! "The ********************* might be true depending on to whom. Their shady business practices are very clear in how they apply overdraft fees. The status on the mobile app often time doesn't reflect the actual, the notification on the overdraft conveniently always comes late. TD records the transactions that profit them faster than records for any deposits made by customers.
