TD Bank has great customer service they personally deal with the customer. That is unheard of today. Better than any other bank. Great service and convenient! If I could give 10 stars I would.
I am relatively new as a customer to TD Bank, and I have to say it's been a lousy experience from almost immediately. It has nothing to do with the people I have dealt with in the company but all to do with the banking practices. Today, I was just really fed up because it's gotten ridiculous. payment was made. TDI have a home equity loan account and checking account that is linked to make monthly loan payments. In February 2018 the loan payment was not made with the linked checking account because I was unable to get the funds that I usually transfer there in time. I have used TD Bank for many years with several accounts active at once. I visited this bank to dispute an issue on my account and waited three days for someone to call me back. I called everyday and received the same response each time. “A manager will call you back within an hour”. Needless to say, that never happened. On February 28, 2018 @ 20:48, I made an ATM cash deposit into my TD Bank Checkings account in the amount of $635.00. At the end of my transaction a receipt was issued and it read "available" balance $635.00. (Please note the bank verifies each dollar deposited in the ATM and records it on my receipt) Immediately I log into my bank mobile app to see the funds "available." I have been dealing with paying off a few hundred dollars owed on a closed account for ten days now. First, they told me I had to pay by check or cash, so I bring a check and am only given a deposit ticket as a receipt for payment, though I requested a letter. Next day they tell me only a certified check or cash. I return to the bank with cash and am actually given a letter this time for receipt of payment. They also returned to me my personal check. Park S**** TD Bank branches are filled with incompetent people who have stopped a check for no reason and are not knowledgeable about many banking procedures. I have been to all three branches and have had mistakes made at each one. Will transfer to another bank. Do away with your free pens and candy and all of you should go back to school for training.
