Terrible place for business checking. TDBank customer service is not empowered to resolve business checking account issues over the phone (but at least you get to wait on hold for 45+ minutes), and this branch does not have sufficient weekend hours to accommodate businesses that operate during normal business hours. Avoid.
Very dissapointing and frustrating experience handling a bridge loan. We recently switched to a TD mortgage for buying a new home. There were multiple errors: double charged for the interest, lost refund in mail, gave incorrect amount for refund, provided wrong cost of the loan then changed it later without telling us. TD bank, you suck. Especially Easton, PA location. I'm sure they were trained by your procedures and compliance standards to deceive the customers like me who is only interested in maintaining a good balance, but you keep charging me maintenance fee every two weeks when I was clearly told there would be zero fees associated with a checking account. This is most worst bank I have ever experienced in my life I opened an account with them online everything went smoothly and I transferred money from my other bank after 3 days they locked my account and since then it's been my 5 trips to banks every time when they try to call fraud management department no one picks phone and eventually I have to go home and come back other day So please be careful transferring your money into this bank I am still sitting at one of their branch and writing this review
I recently contacted TD Bank to inquire about home mortgage rates and what they are offering so I can compare with other competitors. They asked for my credit card in order to run a credit report. I wanted to get a loan cost worksheet so I can compare with other lenders. So I was okay with them charging me $20 for the credit report. Low and behold now that I went with another lender they are saying I have to pay the credit report and the cancellation fee of about $475. I would like to give a negative review towards TD Bank I had fraudulent activity to my account, so I call and have to visit a beach to fix what happened! I was in and out no problem, then my account gets **** off again! I was told they couldn't do the process over the phone that I would need to go back in to resolve the issue. the worst bank to work with . I made a international wire transfer and they don't have the int. division so they work with ***** ***** and they didn't complete the transfer , after 5 business day they told me they have questions about the wire transfer , I asked them to provide those question in written but they said they cant , it has to be verbal . if the have nothing to hide they should have provided those questions in written but NO ..their stuff in branch don't know what they are doing after I answered questions verball... read more
Was repeatedly deceived by bank management and VP of small business to apply for financial products that we had 0% chance of qualifying for based on sweeping rules that should have been communicated to us as customers upfront. Instead we were told that we, as a small business, had a "good chance" of qualifying for these financial products and were deceived into applying for them and having out credit scores run more than once. Now our credit scores are going to be ruined because of these multiple hard hits.
Customer service is really not helpful at all. I tried to set up online wire transfer 4th times already. No one is able to solve anything you hago to go the branch in order to do everything. Not only that they returned checks for non sufficient funds, so they said, when the money was in my account for two days already! Of course they charged a lot of money for what ever "service" they do.
