This has been the worse experience I’ve had with a business. The customer service is horrible, I’ve been I convinced, late on my rent, car payments and no one seems to care. I’ve taken time out of work to try and get one issue resolved. I’m at work while someone walk into the bank and took money out of my account, no one cared. This has got to be hands down, the WORST bank ever!!!!!! Even though i check my account all of the time, they still have you as over drafted and will charge you 35.00 for a dollar which is MADNESS. Im taking my money and getting out of this bank!
This has been the worst bank I've ever had! Nothing but problem , I'm at work and someone walked in the bank pretending to be me and withdrew my money out of my account. On MARCH 29th of this year TD Bank had a promotion on the internet Open a checking account $25, And maintain $25 a month no maintenance fee.I SIGNED UP.. In April Everything went fine They didn't charge me a maintenance fee. Today is May 28th I noticed there's a $5.99 maintenance fee I called the customer service Department They apologize They waive the $5.99 fee but they said they can't guarantee me that I won't have to pay it next month. I use another bank as my primary checking, savings now and keep TD just for ebay and Amazon only. Done with TD because of their single use code every time I want to sign in my account. No deposit slips for checking unless you visit a teller. Longest lines at drive though then other banks. recently needed a new card , went into the branch and they made a new card saying it was a temp card and the new one would be in th email shortly .. got the new card and directions said to cut up temp card. went to use new card and it said it was blocked.. called customer service and they said that my new card was the temp card and the one they sent in the mail was not usable.. like seriously what a waste of time for me.. this is supposed to be a professional bank? i will be cancelling my account and going with another bank.... read more

I recently have had an issue with TD Bank involving my new TD Cash credit card. Their protocol for removing a hold on an account made it nearly impossible to unfreeze my account due to a falsely flagged purchase. This was less than a week after opening the account. In one of my dozens of phone calls with the horribly frustrating customer service people, I was told that my account could not be unfrozen. TD Bank is the worst I have ever had. First checking account since I moved to Mass. they have charged me several times already. When you make purchases those are pending on your account for days or weeks before they are processed and can very easily put you in the negative if your are not paying attention. Also I deposit my checks on Fridays and I don't have access to my money until Tuesday. It literally ******me off.
