This terrible bank made an error and canceled my debit card without cause. They also failed to notify me or to send out a new card. I have over $625,000.00 in this terrible bank. I am send the CEO a copy of this rating. I will file a BBB Complaint, but they won't do a damn thing because they actually treat their clients like *** ****.

I deposited a check with TD bank and after a week, when I still had not seen the money I went back to the bank where I made the deposit. They found that they had deposited into the wrong account....putting my money in someone elses account. I understand mistakes happen but how is their work being verified and audited? How did this not get caught in their process? Very disturbing...
Friendly when you open the account. When you have a problem they became very rude.
I had $9000 in cashier's checks that escheated on 10/2014 and no on can seem to assist with locating my funds. TD Bank representatives came to my workplace to promote their services. They had a $300 bonus offer upon opening a TD Premier Checking and receiving a total of $2,500 in direct deposits, they gave away brochures and told us to apply online. The offer was never honored, their Customer Service claimed that since it was promoted thru " an affiliate " and that my application was done online hence I do not qualify. Just a bad experience overall.
The Hialeah TD Bank is BY FAR the Worst TD Bank Branch I've ever been to. I was turned away from making a withdrawal while I had both a government issues ID and my Debit card. The "manager" Julian Medina suggested I withdrawal $50 from the ATM and go purchase a new ID after I explained I had lost my drivers license over The Weekend. Not only was he unprofessional, but extremely rude and disrespectful. Some people just shouldn't be working with the public. Hialeah never ceases to disappoint.
I’ve been a td bank customer for years now and I’ve never been treated this way. I went into the bank to withdraw $5500 for my wedding and was told that my Maryland state identification card wasn’t good enough to withdraw the money. I had both my td bank debit card and credit card along with my social security card and I still was denied my money. Keep in mind this is the same id that I used to deposit the money. A year ago my wife and I opened a savings account for our daughter who had just turned 1. She had received a few hundred dollars from family and friends. We opened an account that was recommended by the teller. We were told it was the "Simple Savings account" which had a minimum of $300 if I recall correctly. If the minimum was met, this was a zero-fee account. We met the minimum with our initial deposit. We were shocked to find out that the account had been drained and the bank is looking to be refunded for overdraft fees. ... read more
