If you are a frequent traveler overseas, do not use this bank.we have constantly had issues with access to our information while overseas. Either the website is always down or the app doesn't display pending charges. It often says "we are working to resolve this issue" which it has said for the past 5 years. But now,the extra security forces me to receive a call, which, if you travel and use different sim cards this security means you cannever access your account overseas. It is a problematic
They let someone cash 3 different checks in the branchthe same day for over $4,400.00 from my account and will not reimburse me the money. They told me the would handle it and give me my money back and they have not. It should not take a year for them to give me my money back.
TD bank is the worst bank for me. I deposited $ 5000.00 on Aug 19-20 by online bank using phone. I used to use the service. I checked the the other bank to check the transaction. TD bank withdrawal $ 5000 on Aug 20, I think the transaction will be okay. On Aug 23, I checked TD checking to pay TD Credit card payment , there was no money. BBB, how exactly can you honestly give TD Bank an "A+" rating? This bank is the absolute worst I've ever seen! I primarily bank with **** but wanted a local bank with branches I could go into and I thought TD Bank would be good, I was wrong. I have just spent stressed weeks communicating up the ranks of customer support attempting to find out why the bank: 1.reverted to my old address after using the correct mailing address for over two years 2. did not remove my deceased husband's name from the account after 3 death certificates were sent over a two year period 3. did not replace an escrow check nor redeposit it into my account 4. insured my property after being sent a declaration sheet by insurance agent This resulted in my payments being short due to unnecess... read more
TD Bank Business phone customer service is useless, they does not even deserve one star. it feels like third world country bank whoes customer service is third class. the customer service rep. hangup on me while serving. when i tried to complaint about it, they locked my account. now i have to go to branch to unlock. this is worst of worst people. should not be in customer service business.
If you want the best customer care ever go to this branch and talk to Nicole. She was able to solve my problem quickly been the most friendly person I’ve ever seen. I am very happy with the service that they provided me and would recommend for everyone. I’m giving 5 stars just because they don’t give me option to give 6
Absolutly the worst bank and this is my FIRST TIME using it. Just the ATM.... I simply wanted to withdrawl money from there atm, accepted the 3$ fee to use there atm because i have a different bank. The money was never dispensed and AMERICAS MOST CONVIENT BANK is closed and everyone is sitting there behind the glass telling me to go away there closed.
