I was told by Loan customer service staff that I could apply money on to a personal loan, and have the payments made out of the applied money, every month.The loan had 9,000 left , and I wanted to not have payments for a while so I could return to school. I gave them 6,000$ they didn't honor what they said on phone and applied it as a lump sum payment so now I still owe the same monthly payment, for the rest of the $3000. Hello, I have been a customer of TD Bank for over 3 years. I was very happy with your bank, until I ran into a very rude and unprofessional employee of yours. His name was Antonio, of your customer service department. Antonio was helping me with a direct deposit issue I had. After explaining my situation to him, to see if he could help, he proceeded to tell me, "direct deposits take 1-3 days to transfer so just wait". TO THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE 1/31/2018 I opened a checking account in TD Bank in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 less than one year ago but ready to close it as soon as possible. Yes it is time consuming and TD Bank is wasting my precious time. On 1/30/2018, yesterday, the ATM machine swallowed $400.00 brand new dollars bills as well as my debit card.I ignore the reason but per sure the ATM was defective. I recent requested and received a TD Bank ****Signature card with a $200 money back offer if I spent $500 within 3 months. After this I immediately charged $1395 to the card, which showed up on my online account as pending for about 2 weeks, and after which the transaction disappeared without being posted. When I contacted customer service I was told the transaction did not appear on my account. I believe that this was done intentionally, so I asked that the account be closed.

TD Bank is an absolutely horrible place to do business. I opened an online account in accord with their policy to get a cash incentive, and never got it. First, trying to get anyone online is a huge hassle. Then, when you get someone you have to tell them the date of your last transaction. WTF??? If you're smart enough to have written it down, or gotten it online or by going into a branch, you still won't get a straight answer as to why you never got the promised cash incentive. I made a deposit thru the arm on friday January 5th $650 and was only credited for $20 I called right away to file a complaint. When I called to file the complaint they told me to call the branch. I called the branch and they were very unhelpful and kind of blew me off. It has been 6 business day and my issue has my been reloped it. And I and getting chared overdraft free for there mistakes

Terrible customer service. Phone wait times are always >20 minutes. Many things have to be done by phone - travel arrangements in particular. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Td bank has the worst costumer service ever!! their website is very very limited with no info and directions of how to do stuff, when i call them i usually wait over a half hour for a Representative TD help me, they don't have text options to get your bank info, everything by them takes yeeeeears!!! absolutely not the most convenient bank!!!
