Opened a new CC with a $200 bonus after $500 was spent in 90 days, I did so and they only gave $150. I made a ticket asking them to fix, no answer. Made a 2nd one, no answer, but they were being "completed and closed" without messages being sent to me, no they were attaching a memo to the inquiry as "sorry we cant help you" I then made 4 more tickets each asking for the $50 difference and they refused. Alrighty guys, I'll play this game. Stopped all payments and notified them in written form.

How can a business have so many one-star ratings and remain in business...?? If I could give less than 1 star I would! I banked with TD Bank for a few years with less than great customer service experience, but my worst experience by far occurred two days before my daughter was born. In July 2017, my husband went into the bank to deposit money into our checking account and before he left, I saw a number of suspicious withdrawls in our account for that day for various amounts. I went to this branch to deposit cash at their atm. While using the atm, the atm did not give me back my card, nor did it calculate the correct amount of cash that was deposited. After calling customer service regarding my situation, she informed me that the atm can not give a card back after a card has been inside of a machine for more than two minutes. This branch is my home branch where we have opened all of our personal accounts, mortgage, car notes etc.. On January 17, I used the atm inside the branch after hours to withdraw $600, the atm returned my card, no cash and no receipt. I thought I must have done something wrong so I let the person who was waiting go ahead of me. They also had an issue with this atm and were unable to deposit cash, so we both left. My father has an account with TD Bank, but is unable to transfer his money out of the bank. He opened the account when he lived in Deland, FL. He moved to MN a few years ago. In that time he has lost and forgotten how to access this bank account. I have called the national support call center and spoken to staff at a branch in Deland. I have been a customer of the bank since its ability to do business in my state over 10 years ago. Instance #1 overdraft fees assessed against our checking account when the bank was in error. Correction was handled by a visit to branch. OK — mistake made and corrected. Instance #2 inordinately long time (nearly 90 days) to restore funds lost to check fraud after I followed proper reporting protocol within 24 hours of discovery. This bank is not only rude but has several "policies" they never inform you of and when they do theres always a loophole they find to charge you more. The other day I went into their branch and waited nearly 30 minutes to be helped because their ATMS were down and they had maybe 3 people in the whole place. Theyre a money pit looking to steal the money the claim to be keeping safe. Terrible customer serivce constantly looking for fees.

Let me tell you a little story about TD Bank. Last week I set up a link between my TD bank checking account and another checking account at a local credit union. To do this, TD bank has an online form that you fill out. Then they deposit two small amounts in the external account. You log back into TD bank and tell them how much the deposits are for, and if you are right, they setup the link. Pretty standard, and I was able to setup the link.
