THUMBS DOWN!! Charging me a $7.00 fee to cash a TD Bank check made out to me at the TD Bank in Harleysville,PA because I did not have an account. Really I will NEVER deal with any TD Bank hope you all go belly up!!!
I have a worst experience with my TD credit card - I have a fraud transaction due to my credit card was stolen, I reported that my card was stolen and the fraud transaction, they didn't give me a dispute case number, I filed a police report for my cards that were stolen but because TD didn't provide me the case number, I don't have any way to send them the police report. Started a kitchen remodeling project in my home. The home is paid off. Tried to refinance 25k to assist. Denied because there currently no complete kitchen in the house. Makes no difference that the reason to refinance was to upgrade the kitchen. Been a customer for over 20 years. Will be closing my account due to the irrational reason to deny the loan .
This bank doesn’t care who’s money is deposited into anyone account. My ***refund went into someone else’s account and they basically told me it’s nothing they can do about it . Don’t put your money in TD Bank !
Bank changed policy, without warning kicked premium savings accounts to regular accounts!
I came upon them through the ******* financing program and they charged me for a payment I had already made (late fee). Then did it again, I should have known better at this point. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept making my payments. When my last payment was made, I set up automatic payment like I thought I already did. This month they called me saying that I owed a double payment next month plus the late fee. Horrible customer service, Natalie will tell the staff to purposely not pick up if your a bother. I called over and over again this morning. While still ringing with my phone on one line, I called from another and they instantly picked up. If they do not want to deal with an issue they just do not answer the phone. Extremely LAZY. I had a TD **** CARD not even for couple of months. I applied and I got it home. I am also a customer of ********** and ******** sent a credit card offer at home that was good. I applied online. This is when the nightmare started. I requested TD to ship the card overnight. I dont know how they train their people but the first two did not know how to. I can to call ********** and they got a hold of someone from TD card Services. They agreed to ship the card overnight for a whopping 25$. I had to accept. The problem though is ... read more
I had the worst experience with customer serve. It was so bad that I canceled my account. People refuse to help me with a simple request to "go paperless." I do not recommend this bank to any one.
